Objective
The Attitudes Hotel project represented an exciting immersion into the world of creating mobile applications for an exceptional hotel group in Mauritius. As a member of the team, my mission was to develop an app that provides hotel guests with a convenient and immersive experience, from booking services to tracking their schedule.

Creative Process
1. Origins of the Project:
From its launch, the Attitudes Hotel project piqued my interest because of its potential to redefine the customer experience in the hotel sector. Joining the project from the start allowed me to understand the aspirations of the hotel group and actively contribute to defining the initial objectives of the application. It was the starting point of an adventure where each step was crucial to achieve the expected excellence.
2. Front-end Management and Translation:
My central role in managing the front end of the application involved thoughtful design choices, aimed at delivering a fluid and intuitive user interface. However, one of the main challenges faced was making the app responsive for all devices. This complexity was particularly evident in the differences between Android and iOS, requiring careful adjustments to ensure consistent rendering across platforms.
The variability of screen sizes and aspect ratios on Android and iOS devices required constant adaptation of visual elements. The delicate balancing act between consistent aesthetics and optimal functionality on each platform has been a constant challenge. However, this difficulty was also an opportunity to refine my adaptability and problem-solving skills, thereby strengthening my expertise in front-end development.
3. Sprint Management:
The project went smoothly thanks to agile project management based on well-defined sprints. Each sprint represented a key step in the development process, and I maintained a time rigor that allowed each deadline to be met. My constant enthusiasm has helped maintain positive energy within the team, strengthening our ability to overcome potential challenges.
4. Technical Mastery and Time Management:
My involvement in the front-end of the application allowed me to put my technical skills into practice, consolidating my mastery in key areas. Careful time management was a key lesson from this project. By meeting each deadline and avoiding delays, I honed my ability to correctly estimate the time needed for each task, an invaluable skill for my future projects.
5. Used tools :
The choice of technologies such as Bubble for the front end and Xano for the back end proved to be wise. These tools provided the flexibility needed to create a robust and functional application, meeting the specific needs of the hotel group. The seamless integration of these technologies was one of the keys to the success of our project.
Conclusion
The Attitudes Hôtel project represents much more than a simple technical achievement. It embodies my ability to understand a client's specific needs, translate those needs into practical solutions, and deliver a quality final product. This experience strengthened my confidence in my technical mastery and refined my ability to effectively manage time and priorities. Looking back, I am proud of the positive impact our app had on the hotel guest experience and the wealth of knowledge gained throughout this memorable project.
